Home Staging

I offer an initial consultation $75 plus GST for North Shore $110 per house for Rodney and Whangaparoa, which normally takes an hour. In this time, I will offer you a wealth of tips and advice on how to style your home ready for the promotional photographs.  We will discuss colours, furniture placement and removing any  excess items,  whilst utilising your own furniture and accessories. Along the way, I suggest soft furnishings and accessories you can hire from me to maximise, enhance and create a lasting impression for your open homes and pictures. I aim to make your home stand from your competition, this will be encouraging more people to come and view your home. First impressions count,  make those pictures stand out from the other homes for sale.

Accessory Hire

Most people have the furniture and all they need are the accessories to enhance what they have. The accessories I loan include lamps, cushions, throws, rugs, some artwork, small tables, bed linen, bathroom towels and decor items. This will most importantly save you time and money of having to maybe go and buy items to style the home and you may not use them again, at what is an exceptionally expensive time.  I can help you achieve a top selling price when you come to finalize the final price, by making these small changes - making it a winning result for everyone.  Hire packages are priced accordingly to the number of rooms staged,  but start at only $650 + GST.
